A Member is a frequent customer who does not need to have a credit on account to request agCube services. As a Member, you pay a monthly fee which covers a certain range of services. If, for a particular month, you use more services than allotted in the monthly plan, these additional services are performed without delay and then billed to your account. You will see these charges on your next invoice, which you can pay either online with your credit card or by sending us a check.
The service fees are lower for a Member than for a User (more about our rates).

A User is a casual customer who does not pay a monthly fee. As a User, you need to credit your account before ordering any service from agCube. You can then order any service feature as long as the account balance is higher than or equal to the fee for this operation.
As a User you can credit your account either online with your credit card or by sending us a check.
